RESOLUTION.

WHEREAS, on the 9th day of June,1924,the City Council of the City
of FayettevillesArkansassby a Redolution duly passed,appointed
Winchester,W.L.Crouch and W.E.Graham as the Board of Assessment for
West Spring Street Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansas;

WHEREAS, the said W.L.Crouch has refused to qualify as a member of
said Board; and
WHEREAS, the said J.F.Winchester and W.E.Graham have signified their
willingness to serve on said Board;
NOITHEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
Section One.:That J.rWinchester, W.E.Graham and H.A.Bridenthal,three
qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,are hereby appoin-
ted to smwairttwitx constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits to be
received by each lotoor block,or other subdivision of land within West
Spring Street Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
ArkansasIby reason of the proposed improvement.
Section Two: That all Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are herby repealed,and this Resolution shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 14th day of July,1924.
