aneas,a notice,atating that said Assessment has been so filed by said Board
of Assessment,and that the same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and. Resolutions in conflict herewith
be,and the same are'hereby,repealed,and this Resolution shall take effect
