a notice, stating that said Assessment has been so filed by said Board of
Assessment, •and that the same is now subject.to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and -Resolutions In conflict herewith be,
and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution shall take effect •
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
