Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on the 9th day of June, 19241 there was
presented to the said Council by Earl Shock, H. E. Eason, and J. R.
Bates, as the Board of Improvement of West Spring Street
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,
