Whereas, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on the 2nd day of June, 1924, three was
presented to said City Council, be Clyde Walters, Felix Spencer and H.
A. Bndenthal, as the Board of Improvement of West Meadow Street
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, their report, together with the plans of the work to be done
in the construction of the improvement contemplated by said
Improvement District,
Passed and Approved - June 2, 1924
