BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,

That Clyde Walters, Felix Spencer and H.A. Bridenthal three
owners of real property within the limits of West Meadow Street
Improvement District Number One of the City of. Fayetteville, Arkansas,
be, and they are hereby appointed as the Board of Improvement for
said District.
That this Resolution be in force and effect from and after its
