That George Puterbaugh, Andy Mhoon and J. M. Phillips, three
owners of real property within the limits of all Street Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be, and they
are hereby appointed as the Board of Improvement for said District
Passed and Approved — May 26, 1924
