WHEREAS, on the 6‘ day of 1924, there was duly filed
with the City Council of the eity of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a petition
purporting to contain the signatures of a majority in value of the
owners of real.proper..ty• situated in West Meadow Street improvement
District Amber One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY -COUNCIL -OF -THE -CITY OF—
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECT/ON ONE: IThat a hearing of said petition to determine Whether
those persons Who have signed said petition constitute a majority in
value of the owners of real property situated in said Improvement
District will be held by said City Council at the adayorts Office in
said City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on the .24/1daY of
beginning at 7:30 P.y. of said day.
sECTIOIT TWO: Tnat the City clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be, and he is hereby instructed'and directed, to cause to
_ be published a notice in accordance with Section One, Act 125, Atte of
1924,
Arkansas, .1913, advising all owners of real property within West Meadow
Street Improvement District Number One of the city of Fayetteville,
