WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the, City Of Fayettevillc,

Improvement'District Number:Onef,of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,their
report,together with the plans%of the work- CO be done in the cOlieiructiOritr-
the improvement contemplated by said Improvement District,and the said report
having been read in open meeting oUsaid Council,and said plans having been
exhibited to said Council,and to each member thereof,with a full and complete
explanation of all the details thereof,and it appearing,from said planosthat

• the estimated cost of the construction of said improvement,exckusive of in-
terest chargessand inclusive of contingencies,is the sum of $13.4;14)cand
thesaid Council being satisfied that said plans will best subserve the purpose
of said improvement District,and that the same are correct;
NOWITHEREFOREIBE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITv COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAY.
ETTEMILLE,ARKANSAS:
