the Board of Assessment of Annex Number One to West Lafayette
Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, did on the devo day of APril,'1924,'deposit
with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,the
assessment of Annex Number One to West Lafayette Avenue Improve-
ment District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
duly subscribed and certified by each of them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk.of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be and he is hereby, required to cause to be published
in the Fayetteville Democrat, a daily newspaper published in the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a notice stating that said assess-
. ment has been so filed by said Board of Assessors, and that the
same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all orders and resolutions in conflict
