WHEREAS, U.L. Smelser, W.H. Summers and C.A. Pearson, as the Board
of A'asesement of School Mame Improvement.vistrict Number One of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did, on the 28th day of April, 1924,
deposit with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
the=aseessment-of SchoolrAierue`ImprovtitentDiatrict Iii ber'One'"of` _-v..
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly suibscribed by each of them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be, and he is hereby required to cause to be published in
the Fayetteville Democrat, a daily newepapetpublished in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, a notice, stating //that said assessment has
been so filed by said Board of Assessors, and- that the same is now
subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict
herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed, and this Resolution
ehallftake effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval
