WHEREAS, on the 30th day of April, 1924, there was duly filed with the
City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a petition purporting
to contain the digi�a`tdres; %of a majority in value of the owners of real
rproperty ,situated within.Wall-utreet_Improvement yintrict_Number_One.o.f
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That a hearing of said petition to determine whether
those persons who have signed said petition constitute a majority in
value of the owners of real property situated within said Improvement
District will be held by said city Council at the Mayor's Office in
said city of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on the 19th day of hay, 1924,
beginning at 7:30 P.M. of said day.
SECTION TWO: That the City clerk of the city of Fayetteville,
—Arkansas, .be,-andrheaisaherebyzinatructedrand-directed,;_to...cau-se._to--
be published a notice in accordance with. Section One, Act 125, Atte of
Arkansas, 1913, advising all owners of real property within Wall Street
Improvement District number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
that a petition was presented to said City Council, April 30th, 1924,
requesting that the contemplated improvement be undertaken, and that
the coat thereof be charged and assessed against the real property
within said district, and that on the 19th day of may, 1924, the said
City Council will determine Whether or not said petition is signed by
such majority in assessid valuation.
