WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayette-
ville,Arkansae,held on the 7th day of April, 1924, C.B.Franke,Geo.E.Bryan
and 11:51.nger, three owners of realpropertq_ within .the limits of South
College Avenue ImproveMent District_Nzmber One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkanaas,were duly appointed as the Board of Improvement for said District;
• WHEREAS,it has developed that the said Geo.E.Bryan is not now
qualified to nerve as a member of said Board; and
WHEREAS, neither of the$other two appointees has been. sworn in as
a member of said Board,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE; That C.B.Franke, Ivan M.Mayes and I.W.Ouisinger,three
owners of real property within the limits of South College Avenge Improve-
ment District Number One of the Ci by of Fayetteville,Arkansss,be,and they
are hereby,appointed as the Board of Improvement for said -District.
SECTION TWO: That all Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in con-
flict herewith be,and the same are hereby,repealed,and this Resolution
Shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
