Whereas, sundry persons have placed buildings and other
obstructions in the ten foot alley extending from a point in the center
of Block 27, original town (now city) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, from
South College Avenue to the alley immediately East of the Pearson
Building, in the said Block,
Passed and Approved - April 14, 1924
