WHEREAS, on the 24th day of March, 1924, the City Council

of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a Board of Assessment for
. the purpose of assessing the benefits to be received by each
Lot, Block and Parcel, or other'sub-divisi-on of real property
within Annex Number One to West Lafayette Avenue Improvement Dis-

trict Number One of said City and,
WHEREAS, said electors and each of them have failed to qual-
ify as provided by law within the time profided by law.

in Annex Number One to West Lafayette Avenue Improvement District
Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by reason of the
proposed improvement therein.
