WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,,
Arkansas, held on the 24th day of March, 1924, W.C. LeMaster, W.O. Dritt
and Ed P. Watson, three owners of real property within the limits of
Hill Avenge Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,

District:
WHEREA, the said N.C. LeMaster, W.O. Dritt and Ed P. Watson have
neglected to take the oath of office within the time required bylaw; and
WHEREAS, each of said owners of real property within said District
has signified his willingness to serve on said Board:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That W.C. LeMaster, W.O. D'ritt and Ed P. Watson, three
owners of real property within the limits of Hill Avenue Improvement
C.
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be, and they

SECTION TWO: That all Resolutions and parts of Resolutione in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
