BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That Co. B. Franke, Geo. E. Bryan and I. W. Guisinger, three owners of
real property within the limits of,South College Avenue Improvement Disc
__tri-ct_NumberrOne-oftthe-City_o:f .Fayetteville,_ Arkansas,_.be_,r_and they_ are
hereby appointed as the Board of Improvement for said District.
That this Resolution be in force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
Passed and approved this 7th day of April, 1924.
