owners of real property within the limits of Hill Avenue Improvement
District Number One of the .City of Fayetteville,Arkansae,be,and they are
hereby,appointed as the Board of Improvement for said District.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
