EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT
RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, The City of Fayetteville,Arkansas has made a contract
with the County Judge of :Washington County/Mg/4W for the two /$y
rooms in theCourt House,now occupied by the City Officials and the
Water Commission,for a term of years; and
%REAS, The Chairman of the Water Commission agreed to pay one-
half of the rent for said two rooms,and
WHEREAS, The City does not need both rooms for their purposes,
and any change would entail- unnecessary expense to the City,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
That the Water Commission of the City of Faye
etteville,Arkansas,berequested to maintain and occupy its present
4uarters.
