Whereas', -t e plans and specifications and estimates of cost
for Annex Number -One to Vest Lafayettepimprovement District.
Nu4ber one of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas have been adop-
ted by the Board of 4a_ oo t "" of said District and by the
City Council, of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas as provided
by law.
Therefore, be it resolved by the CityyCCo�uneil 02 the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that a,A1,.`r(,GZ� ��t=Q-

three qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
are hereby elected and appointed to constitutaoard of Assess-
ment for the purpose of assessing the benefits to be received by
each lot, blook; parcel, or other -sub -divisions of real -property; -
within Annex Number One to West Zafayette,\Inp vement District
Number one of the City of Fayetteville, by reason,of the proposed
improvement therein.
Passed and approved this 24th day of March, 1924.
