RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on the 24th day of March, 1924,
there was presented to said Council by Loy E. Barton,c-

Coy and H. J. Dever, as the Board of �:�
of Annex Number One to West LafayettenImprovement District No.
one of the City off Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report, together
with the plans and specifications and estimates of the cost of the
work to be done in the construction of the improvement contem-
plated in9said District, and said report having been read in open
meeting of said Counoil;and said plans and specifications and es-
timates of cost having been exhibited to said Council and each
member thereofinlvith a full.and--complete explanation of 4111 the
details thereof, and it appearing from said plans and specifications
that the estimated cost of the construction of said improvement,
exclusive of interest charges,is the sum of //0 opo
and the said Council being satisfied that said /plans and specificat-
ions best sub -serve the purpose of said improvement District.
That the same are correct and that it is expedient to make
said improvement as stated;
Now, therefore be it resolved by'vthe City Council of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas at its regular meeting that said
plans and specifications and estimates of costa and said report
