WHEREAS, the plans, specifications and report of the Board of
Commissioners for Annex Number One to University Improvement DistlNumber
One have been duly approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Fay-
etteville, Arkansas, that F. P. Hall, J. L. Davis and Frank Barr, three
qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, are hereby
appointed to constitute a Board of Assessment for the purpose of assessing
the benefits to be received by each lot, block or parcel of real pro-
perty within Annex Number One to University Improvement District Num-
ber One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by reason of daid Im-
provement.
Passed and approved the 24th day of March, 19 4.
