WHEREAS, on the 17th day of March, 1924, there was duly filed with
the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a Petition
purporting to contain the signatures of a majority in value of the
owners of real property situated in South College Avenue Improvement

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF"THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION -ONE: That a hearing of said Petition to determine whether
those persons who have signed said Petition constitute a majority in
valine of the owners of real property situated in said Improvement
District will be held by said City Council at;the Mayors Office in said
