WHEREAS, on the :34F: dray rot i ilarch;v, 1924, there was duly filed with
the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a Petition, pur-
porting to contain the signatures of a majority in value of the owners of
real property situated in Hill Avenue Improvement District Number One of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
'''NOW:THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED-217'THE CITv COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF-
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTIONOONE: That a hearing of said Petition, to determine whether
those persons who have signed said Petition constitute a majority in value
of the owners of real property situated in said Improvement District, will
be held by said City Council at the Mayor's Office in said City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, on the 24th day of March, 1924, at 7:30 P.M. of said day.
SECTION TWO: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayettevtile, Arkan-
sas, be, and he is hereby, instructed and directedto cause to be published
a notice, in accordance with Section One, Act 125, Acts of Arkansas, 1913,
advising all owners of real property within Hill Avenue Improvement Bis-
trict Number One of the Cityr6f Fagettefille, Arkansas, that a Petition
was presented to the said City Council on reMarchY3d,, 1924, requesting
that the contemplated improvement be undertaken, and that the cost thereof
be charged and assessed against the real property within said District,
and that on the 24th day of l'clicarchs, 1924, the said City Council will
determine whether or not said Petition is signed by such majority in
assessed valuation.
