WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayette-
ville,Arkansas,held on the 13th day of February,1924,U.L.S;elser,W.H.
Summers and C.A.Pearson,three qualified electors of the City of Fayette.

of the benefits to be received by each lot,block or other subdivision of
land within School Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansae;
WHEREAS,, theeaid U.L.Smelser,W.H.Summers and C.A.Peareen have
neglected to take the oath of office within the time required by law; and
WHEREAS, each pf said electors has signified his willingness
to serve on said Board;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That U.L.Smeleer,W.H.Summers and C.A.Pearson,three
qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,are hereby appoin-
ted to constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits to be received by
each lot,or block,or other subdivision of land within School Avenue Im-
provement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,by
reason of the proposed improvement.
SECTION TWO: That all Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith be,and the same are hereby,repealed,and this Resolution
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
