BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS.

the limits of Annex Number One to University Improvement District
Number One, of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be, and they are
hereby, appointed as the Board of Improvement for said District.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution be in force and effect from
and -after its passage and approval.
