BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE_
VILLE, ARKANSAS:
That U. L. Smelser, W. H. Summers and C. A. Pearson, three
qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, are
YieTebv appointed to constitute a Board of Assessment of the
benefits to be received by each lot, or block, or other sub-
division of land within School Avenue Improvement District Num-
ber One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by reason'of the
proposed improvement.
