BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:: That IE. Barton, H. J. Deaver and Tn Com' ,
three owners of real property within the limits of Annex Number One
to West`LaFavette-Avenue'Improvement-Di'stri'ct"Nujtber•One:of the Cita
of Fayetteville, A rkansas, be, and they are hereby, appointed as
the Board of Improvement for said District.
SECTION TWO:. That this Resolution be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
