That the action of Mayor Allen M. Wilson in signing a contract
between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and the St. Louis -San
Francisco Railway Company, on November 2, 1923, in reference to
laying and operating a 6 inch pipe line under the right of way of said
Railway Company at Mile Post 352 18, is hereby authorized confirmed
and approved by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Passed and Approved - February 18, 1924
