WHEREAS, E.M.Allison, W.L.Croucb. and A.H.Markle,as the Board of
Assessment of Annex Number One to Mont Nord Improvement District Number
One of the City of Fayetteville,,Arkansas,did,on the 4th day of Febru-
ary,19241deposit with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Ark-
ansas,the Assessment of Annex Number One to Mont Nord Improvement Dia..

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 2OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: Thatthe City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Ark-
ansas,be,and he is hereby,required to cayse to be published in the
Fayetteville Democrat,a daily newspaper published in the City of Fay-
etteville,Arkaneaa,a notice,etating that said Assessment has been so
filed by said Board of Aasesaora,and that the same is now subject to
inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith
be,and the ame are,hereby repealed,and this Resolution shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
