WHEREAS,at a meeting of the City Council of the City of b'ayette-
ville,Arkansas,held on the 4th day of Februe.ry,1924,there was presented
to said Council,by E.M.Allison, W.F.Ham and J.S.Bates,as the Board of
Improvement of School Avenue Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville,Arkaneas,their report,together with the plans of

the work to be done in the construction of the improvement contemplatedr
by said Improvement District,and the did report having been read in
open meeting of said Council,and said plans having been exhibited to
said Council,and to each member thereof,and,it appearing,from said plans,
that the highest etimated costof the construction of said improvement,
exclusive of interest charges,is the sum of $18,568.30,and the said
Council being satisfied that said plans will beet subserve the purpose
of said Improvement District,and that the 'main same are correct;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS;
That said plans end said report be,and the same are,hereby ap-
,proved_and adopted,and_ that eaid_improvement_be constructed according__
to said plans,and at a cost not to exceed,exclusive of interest Spic
charges3the sum of $18,568.30.
Passed and approved this 4th day of February, 1924.
