WHEREAS,at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,held on the 14th day of January,1924,there was presented to said
Council,by D.C.Ambrosd, W.E.Graham and W. C.ijight, as the Board of Improve -
went of Annex Number One to Mont Nord Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville,Arkansas, their report,together with the plans of the
__--_ work to be done in the construction of the improvement contemplated_.by--.-eajd—
Improvement District, and thesaidreport having been read in open meeting
of said Council, and said plans having been exhibited to said Council, and
to each member thereof, with a full and complete explanation of all the de-
tails thereof, and it appearing,from said plans,that the estimated cost of
the construction of said improvement,exclusive of interest chargee,and in-
clusive of contingencies,is the sum of $15,500.00, and the said Council
being satisfied that said plans will best subserve the purpose of said Im-
provement District, and that the same are correct:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHECITY OF
FAYETTEVI T•T•F,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That said plans and said report be,and the same are,
hereby approved and adopted, and that_said_improvement4be,,con.stru:cted,ac
cording to said plans,and at a cost not to
charges,and inclusive of contingencies,the
exceed,esclusive of interest
sum of $15,500.00.
SECTION TWO: That the Board of Assessment of said District,who have
heretofore been duly appointed and qualified as such,are hereby authorized
to make a new assesement,based upon these plans and this report.
SECTION THREE: That all Resolutions and parte of Resolutions in con-
flict herewith be,and they are,hereby repealed,and this Resolution shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passa e a d a.preval.
