BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That N. F. Drake, J. C. White and U. L. •Smelser, three qualified
electors of the City of'Fayetteville, Arkansas, are hereby appointed
to constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits to be received
by each lot, or block, or other sub -division of land within University
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Aikansas,
by reason of the proposed improvement.
Passed and approved this 17th day of December, 1923.
