RESOLUTION.

WHEREAS, the Board of Assessment of Annex Number One to Mont Nord
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did
on the 3d day of December, 1923, deposit with the Clerk of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, the Assessment of Annex Number One to Mont Nord
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
duly subscribed by each of them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEV/LLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayette ville, Ark_
ansas, be, and he is hereby required to cause to be published in the "Fay..
etteville Democrat", a daily paper, published in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a notice stating that said assessment has been so filed by said
Board of Assessors, and that the same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all orders and resolutions in conflict herewith,
be, and the same are hereby repealed, and this resolution shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
