APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

WHEREAS,at a meeting of the City Council of the City of rayetteville,
Arkansas,held on the 9th day of July,1923,there was presented to ssai-d�City
Council,by.

and
as the Board of Improvement of Sewer Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,their report,together with the plans and speci-
fications of the wort to be done in.the construction of the repairs and im-
provements contemplated by Said improvement -District and' -t sard-repoTt-
having been read in open meeting of -said City Council,and said plans and
specifications having been exhibited to said Council and to each member there-
of,and it appearing,from said plans and specifications,tha.t the estimated
cost of the construction of said improvement,exclusive of interest oh8rgee,is
the sum of 10p000.,ba,and the said City Council being satisfied that said
plans and specifications will best subserve the purpose of said Improvement
District,and that the same are correct:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESDLVED BY THE CITY COUJNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
That said plans and specifications,andSaid report,be,and the same
are hereby,approved and adopted,and that said repairs and improvements be
constructed according to said plans and specifications,and at a cost not to
exceed,exclueive of interest chargec,the _ m of $109:,000..0o.
