Whereas certain City warrants, to -wit, Numbers 7101 to 7110,
inclusive were issued to A. E. Collier for the benefit of Annex Number
Two to East Street Improvement District Number One on April 22,
1922, in the sum of One Thousand Dollars each, making a total of Ten
Thousand Dollars, and
Passed and Approved - February 19, 1923
