WHEREAS, the Board of Assessment of Mont Nord Improvement District
Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the 21st day of
December, 1922, deposit with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, the assessment of Mont Nord Improvement District Number One of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV BY THE CITY"COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Ark-
ansas, be, and he is hereby required to cause to be published in the
"Fayetteville Demoorat,"a daily paper published in the City of Fayette-

ville, Arkansas, a notice stating that said assessment has bean so filed
by said Board of Assessors; and that the same is now subject to inspec-
tion.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith,
be, and the same are hereby; repealed, and this Resolution shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
