WHEREAS, the Board of Assessment of Mont Nord Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansaa,did on
the 5th day of yecember,1922,deposit with the City Clerk of'the
City of layetteville,Arkanaae,the assessment of Mont Nord Improve-
ment District Number One of the City,of Fayetteville,Arkansas,duly._
subscribed by each of them;
WHEREAS, on said 5th day of »ecember,1922,the sok* City
Council of the City of Fayetteville,Arkaneaa,duly passed a Resolution,
direoti$g the City Clerk of the City Of Fayetteville,Arkaneas,to
cause a notice to be duly published,stating that said assessment had
been so filed by said Board of Assessors;
WHEREAS, said Clerk did so canoe said notice to be buly publishes
on the 6th day of December,1922;; and
WHEREAS, it has since developed that some sem= errors were made
in said aseeesment,and said Board desires to corredt same;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the Board of Assessment of said Mont Nord
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,
be permitted to re -assess the property in said Improvement Dietrict,for
the purpose of correcting said above mentioned errors,and deposit same
with the City Clelc,in due form,so that due notice may be given the
property owners within said Didtrict,as the law requires.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict here-
with,be,addthe same are,hereby repealed,and'jhia Resolution ehall take
effect and be int force from and after its passage and approval.
