WHEREAS, the Board of Assessment of Mont Nord Improvement District
Number Oneof the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the 5th day of
December, 1922, deposit with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, the assessment of Mont Nord Improvement District Number One of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by"each of them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY"COUNCIL OF THE CITY"OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE1 That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Ark-
ansas, be, and he is hereby,required to cause to be published in the
"Fayetteville Democrat," a daily paper published in the City of Fayettevill1
Arkansas, a notice stating that said assessment has been so filed by said
Board of Assessors, and that the same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO.: That all orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith,
be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution shall take effect
end be in force from and'after its passage and approval.
