Whereas Jeff Davis, as Trustee, proposed to lay and construct a
sewer line, to unite with the Sewer Systems of the City of Fayetteville
at a point near the intersection of Gregg Street with West Street, and
extending to a point on Duncan Street, with a lateral running South on
Hill Street; -
Passed and Approved - November 6, 1922
