Section One: That the rate of taxes for Fire Department
purposes for the year 1922, be and it is hereby declared to be One and
O.ne Half Mils on the Dollar of the assessed valuation of all the real and
personal property within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, as shown by the assessment books for State and County
purposes, and the same is hereby levied, and the Mayor and Clerk of
said City are hereby authorized and directed to certify this levy to the
County Clerk of Washington County, Arkansas, to the end that the said
assessment may by placed on the tax -books, and collected with the
state and County Taxes.
