WHEREAS, on the 25th day of September, 1922, the City Council
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by a Resolution duly passed
-and approved, appointed N. F. Drake, Bruce Holcomb and F. 0. Gulley,
three -•owners of realproperty within the limits of Mont Nord Improve -

ment District Number One of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as
the Board of Ibiprovement for said"District;.
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of October, 1922, the said Bruce Holcomb
by -written communication addressed to said City Council, stated that
on account of the press of business and his pritate affairs, he
was
compelled to decline to serve as Commissioner of Mont Nord Improve-
ment District, and offered his resignation as such Commissioner;
WHEREAS, said resignation has been duly accepted by said City
Council; and
WHEREAS, neither of said men have as yet been sworn in as such
Commissioners:'
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'
OF -. FAYETTEVI I.LE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That N. F. Drake, W. B. Stelzner and F. 0: Gulley;
three owners of real property --within the limits of Mont Nord Improve-
ment District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be,
and they'are hereby appointed as the Board of Improvement for said
Mont Nord Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas+,.
SECTION TWO': That all Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in
ccnflict,`herewith, be, and the
same are hereby,repealed, and thio
