BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That N.F.Drake,Bruiee Holcomb,and F.O.Gulley,three
owners of real property within the limits of"Mont Nord Improvement
District Number One of,the City of Fayetteville,Arkanaaa,be,and they
are hereby,appointed as the Board of Improvement for said District.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
