WEEREAS,there has been filed with the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkarsas,a Petition,purporting to contain,' a majority in
value of the owners of real property situated in Mont Nord Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,andparying that
the cost of the improvement set forth ib slid ¥1antz3 Petition be as-
seesed against the real property situated in said district;

WHEREAS, by a ffesolution duly passed by the City Council of the
City of Fayettevalle,Arkansas,on the 4th day of September,1922,at its
regular meeting,the date for hearing on said Petition was set for Monda y
September 25,1922,at 7:30 P.M.,at the regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas;
WHEREAS, in compliance with said Resolution,the City Clerk of the
City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,has duly caused to be published a notice
of said hearing;
WHEREAS,thettme for said hearing has now dimly arrived;
WHEREAS,after.hearing all persons Who desired to be heard as to
whether said Petition contained the signatures of a majority in value
