WOREAS,on the 4th day of September,1922,there was duly filed with
the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansasta petition purporting
to contain the signatures of a majority in value of the owners of real
property situated in Mont'Nord Improvement District Number One of the City
of Fayetteville,Arkansas;
'NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILNOF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
fBEOTION ONE. That ahearing of said petition to determine whether

those persons who have signed said petition constitute a majority in value
of the owners of real property sitUated in said improvement district will
be held by said City.•Council at the Mayor's office in said City of Fayette..
ville,Arkansas,on the 25th day of September,1922,beginning at 7:30 P.M. of
said day.
SECTION TWO. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Ark-
ansas,be,and he is hereby,instructed and directed to cause to be published
a notice,in accordance with Section One,Act 125;Acts of Arkansas,1913,ad..
vising all owners of real property within Mont Nord Improvement Distrtct
Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,that a petition was pre-
sented to the said City Council on September 4,1922,requesting that the
contemplated improvement be undertaken,and that the coat thereofnbe xlikxxx
Charged and assessed against the real property within said Bistrict,and that
on the 25th day of September,1922,the amid City Council will determine
