Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas that the sum of $750.00 less $58.40 Inspections Fees by
allowed A.M. Byrnes for the rent of the City Wagon Yard for the Period
of one year beginning April 1st, 1922 to April 1St, 1923, said warrant by
issued by the City Clerk and be due and payable on July 15th, 1922,
and the Said sum is paid in compliance with the Contract entered into
between the City of Fayetteville and A.M. Byrnes on the 3rd day of
December, 1921.
