WHEREAS,

WHEREAS, the Board of Assessment of Annex Number Two to East Street`
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
did_on the 30th day of January;, 1922,Jeposit with the City Clerk of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the assessment of Annex Number Two
to East Street ImprovementtDistrict Number One of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY"COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be, and he is hereby required to cause=to be published in
the "Fayetteville Democrat," a daily paper, published in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, a notice stating that said assessment has been
so filed by said Board of Assessors, and that the sameeie now subject
to inspection.
SECTION TWO:
That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict, here-
with, be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
