WHEREAS, F. S. Raedels, W. L. Crouch and A. H. Markl a as the Board
of Assessment of Willow Avenue Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the 20th day of January; 1922,
deposit with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the
Assessment of Willow Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them:
BOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY"THE CITY'COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
LECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be, and he is hereby,required to cause to be published in the
Fayetteville,Democrat, a daily paper published in the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, a notice/stating that said assessment has been so filed
by said Board of Assessors, and that the sameeis now subject to inspec-
tion.
SECTION ma That all Orders and Resolutions, herewith, be, and
the samet are hereby/repealed, and this Resolution shall take effect
and be in force, from and after its passage and approval.
