Section 1: That F. S. Raedels, W.L Crouch and A. H. Marcel,
three electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, are hereby
appointed to constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits to by
received by each Lot or Block or other subdivisions of land within
Willow Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, by reason of the proposed improvements.
