Section 1: That the rate of taxes for Fire Department purposes for the year 1921,
be and it is hereby declared to be One and One Half mils on the Dollar of the Assessed
valuation of all real and personal property within the corporate limits of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by the Assessment Books for County and State
purposes, and
Passed and Approved — October 28, 1921
